After graduating from Oakland Catholic High School I became a college student at Edinboro University majoring in Mass Communications( Let’s go Fighting Scots and Hello my pretty girls in twenty pearls!).

I thought I felt ready to meet the world. But my spirit didn't feel right, a void was very present and needed to be fulfilled. Through prayer, wise council and reflection upon my own trauma and life situations I soon discovered my purpose... bringing healing to people who have encountered traumatic/stressful life experiences.

On a clear December afternoon I walked across the stage and  received my masters degree in Counselor Education focused in Marriage and Family Therapy. A few years later I became a licensed counselor in Virginia and a board approved clinical supervisor.

The Living Room Wellness Center, LLC. opened it's doors in 2019. I wanted my practice to be more than just a "place" someone goes to once a week or twice a month. The Living room Wellness Center is home, it's a safe place, it's where you learn, reflect and grow.

Counselors and Therapists are vessels sent to assist in healing After 2020 it's safe to say we all need some healing! During this time period I was able to discover things and people who move me, motivate me and excite me . The first was getting married to the love of my life and the second was traveling.

In 2021 I became a licensed travel agent. Traveling is very important to our mental health and wellness. Everyone has the right and needs to reflect, reset and regain. As a travel agent I've traveled to several different countries and have coordinated travel for groups and corporations.

Time is of the essence, I'm so blessed to have family and friends who have all so graciously contributed to my journey. I say thank you to my wonderful clients who have allowed me to take part in their healing.

The world is at our feet, let's take the steps and journey towards our best selves.
